End of Year Teacher Evaluation Survey

Surveys are a great way to gather data about what is going on around you. Have kids answer a survey after an assembly to guage their interest / feelings, have them critique you at the end of the year, or take a general interest inventory at the beginning of the year to get to know your kids.
